*READ BEFORE CONTINUING* We will be holding a poppy drive on both November 1st and 2nd as well as November 8th and 9th from 10:00-16:00. This is a great opportunity for cadets of the squadron to complete their mandatory community service assessments, so make sure to sign up, this is also highly encouraged to attend to help support our veterans. You can choose to attend several days or one day, and for the day(s) you choose, you may attend for a full day or only a half day. Shifts are NOT guaranteed. We are also in need of parent volunteers for any secondary locations, additionally, any shifts on the 8th and 9th must have parent volunteers with them. For the morning shifts, parent supervisors must meet at 09:30 at the 286 Jubilee Legion to meet with Don Andres (our Legion Rep) to pick up the poppies. Parents will then drive to cadets to their location and assist with conducting the poppy drive activity. Parent volunteers in the afternoon shift also need to return after the end of the shift at 16:00 to return poppies and donations. Depending on the number of people who sign up, a list will be created and posted before October 29th in Teams and on the Calendar, indicating the shifts and members that will attend each location.
